1971 Mercedes-Benz C114 250 CE Pillarless Coupe

HISTORY.

On sale with BG Classic Benz is a very unique C114 250 CE Pillarless Coupe in outstanding condition, inside and out, top to bottom. Spent a life in Belgium, where it was restored to the condition you see today.  It looks amazing and drives as it looks. The underbody is a good as the paintwork with all bushes, filters replaced. These are now very hard to source in this or near condition, and many have now gone to Heaven.  It was purchased and driven to Portugal, where it stayed with the current owner, who enjoyed the benefits of the restoration.  Showing 107,000 miles with a perfect engine and running gear.  A very nice, detailed engine showing correct decals in the right places. A Column Automatic Gearbox which shifts beautifully when engaged.

The Coupe was driven directly to me from Portugal, a distance of 2500 Kilometres over two days non-stop, which accounts for its quality and reliability without missing a beat.  The paintwork is faultless and everything works as listed, including the electric sunroof.

The Boot is fitted with the correct luggage, and even with this fitted, it has the capacity to go touring with larger luggage. Books, manuals, spare keys, and an original brown plastic wallet. limited history from the original owner, who lost some of the original invoices during a house move.
