DESCRIPTION/HISTORY.
On sale with Bruce Greetham is this stylish, very early production 1972 350 SLC. It's a left-hand drive four-speed manual gearbox. It was registered as a new in Italy for most of its life until three years ago, when it was imported to the UK by another UK classic car trader. Owned by a UK resident in London, where he has invested many pounds bringing it to a very nice usable driving SLC. Recent work on the rear back window shelf and new paint. A very low mileage for a 54-year-old example. Not many, if any, SLC's around now to be enjoyed; this one has lived a life in Italy, so the underbody is rust-free and a bulkhead to match.
WHY BUY.
A great opportunity to own a very honest and genuine very early 1972 with the nice early period features and steering wheel with manual windows that create that beautiful pillarless look from a coupe. The engine is on the key and driven from London to me in Worcester without any issues. Beautiful period cloth interior that looks still very fresh. If you like the look of an SLC and want one with no rust, then here it is.
